Terms and Conditions

All disputes are subject to Dubai Jurisdiction.
Goods once sold will not be taken back. Refunds are only as per the following conditions:
1. Refunds are only applicable for incorrect or damaged items.
2. No refunds for change of mind.
3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
All Bengali sweets must be kept in the refrigerator and should be consumed within 4–6 hrs.
All chat items, Dhokla, Khandvi, Rabri, Rasmalai, and Thali must be consumed within 2 hrs from purchase.
All loose Khoya sweets should be consumed within three days from the date of purchase.
Khoya, Kaju, and Badam items must not be kept in the refrigerator.
Lal Ladoo must be consumed within two days.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
